Q: I'm unable to use the license that came with the receipt.
A: Sometimes your mail client or web browser may incorrectly interpret the MenuPop or MenuEverywhere license key file. To avoid this, do the following:
Right click on the license link and Save Link As... then make sure the file has a .menupoplicense/.menueverywherelicense extension (Gmail and some web browsers may inadvertently change it to .xml, .exe or something else).
If the file still ends in .xml, .exe or something else, make sure you rename it and remove .exe, keeping only .menupoplicense/.menueverywherelicense as the extension.
Once you do that, make sure MenuPop/MenuEverywhere was launched at least once before, then double click on the license file to register.
